Good over all... But be good.

Basically, if you mess with Mitch your experience in his apartments will be far from pleasant. He runs several buildings that house almost entirely college students and he has become a bit jaded over the years as to our behavior. (Not that I blame him one bit.) If youre relatively quiet, easy to get along with, WONT BREAK ANYTHING, and pay your rent in some semblance of on-time than you and Mitch will get along fine. Dont follow the guildelines, and nothing will ever get fixed in your apt. Period. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
