I have just started my second lease with Mitch. The apartments are kind of small and some of the walls don't even reach the ceiling. Also you should try to get a room on the corners of the buildings because they are bigger. On the first floor only a few of the apartments have windows in the living room-its kind of a depressing place to live. The hallways usually get trashed on the weekends and there is a permanent bad oder. Also it cost extra money for a year-long parking space. But aside from all this it has some good points too. First-its a really close walk to the KSC campus, probably as close as a person offcampus can get. The laundromat is attached to the building, and if you're nice to Mitch he will be nice back, repairing things that need to be repaird ASAP-well actually this is not entirely true. I guess its not too expensive if you have at least 1 and maybe even 2 other roommates-in fact its probably one of the cheaper places to live in town. As long as you set up your apartment nicely its really not too bad of a place to live...
