Made lots of promises when he bought this building, then raised the rent and proceeded to get rid of almost all the old tennants. Once they were out, he broke his promise of not renting to college kids, and filled the building with them. I've called Mitch and his son with numerous noise compalaints, only to have then do nothing. Mitch got mad at me when I called the police to report that someone was throwing beer bottles out their front window onto Main Street! He's a city councellor now, so he's got an "in" with the building inspectors and code enforcement departments now. There's no parking at this buildiing, but he'll happily rent you a space a quarter mile away for $60 a month!
