My nightmare with Greenwald began from the day I moved in, and has continued throughout the entire time. If it weren't for the fact that I only had to live there for a year and a half, and I lived on a third floor walk up I would have moved out a week after I moved in. The apartments are in horrid condition, and only suitable for their main clientele, college kids. When my roof turned into Niagara Falls, there was no apology and no action taken toward righting the situation, and that pretty much describes in one sentence the attitudes of the people working at Greenwald. I have had more problems with this apartment than I could have imagined, and it is definitely not worth the exuberant rent. If my stay in Keene were to be any longer like I said, I would have been out of there in a long time. You would think that with all the money they are receiving from renters, they would put it back into the buildings, but instead the carpets smell, there is constant debris in the halls, and the Greenwald's follow suit to how they are known about town as "The Slum Lords of Keene." I wouldn't recommend these apartments, or this company to even my worst enemy.
