There is nothing good that I can say about Greenwald Apartments...They old and not well kept, the buildings are dirty, parking is extra money and far from building, theres no way to control indoor temperature, and there's rodents. This is just the building management is another story. They don't care about their tenants and are just concerned with getting their rent on time. Costumer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary, and they are known around town as "the slum lords of keene" by practically everyone you talk to.
