I am a current resident of Park Place and have been since 2000. The complex is well managed, and the landlord and staff have never been anything but polite and courteous - even when bringing complaints (which I can count on one hand in over 7 years). What issues I've had with my apartment have been dealt with within hours, not days, one even within the hour. Residents have one assigned carport space. Other parking is open - there are no assigned spaces. Very rarely, visitors have had to park around the side of my building as opposed to in front of it. A major hardship I'm sure you'll agree. Also, the staff are very meticulous in clearing the snow from the parking areas - irrespective of time of day or day of week. The staff work very hard to keep the grounds neat and clean. I see the cleaning staff (actually cleaning) EVERY DAY. Yes, the rents are relatively high, but not as high as other complexes in the area who charge a lot more for less. This is a nice, well run, well maintained complex - part of the reason I've been here as long as I have. It's also quiet, I sometimes wonder if I actually HAVE people in the same building.
