A horrible place to live
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 1/17/2003
Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived at Colonial Village (now Princeton Properties at Mill Pond) for almost a year and must say that it is the absolute worst housing establishment I have ever encountered.
Fist of all, the price I pay for this apartment is definately not worth the tiny living quarters I live in. The neighbors are ridiculously loud and constantly cause disturbances, which is difficult to deal with when you work 60-70 hours a week. The office staff is horrible-they neglect their residents and do not perform their job well enough, considering I am one of the people who pay their incomes. I am always having to track down packages from FedEx, etc. because my buzzer does not work and they refuse to fix it. Living here has caused much stress, more than I need, and I plan to move out once my lease is up. In addition, they took it upon themselves to raise the rent by $100 for this year, so some residents may be paying upwards of $900 to $1000 for a less than adequate so-called " luxury apartment home".
