I have lived here multiple times since the mid 1990's in various apartments. Latest management have improved things but they're still overpriced for what they are. Biggest downfalls- rent increases $50-$100 every time it's time to renew the contract, paper thin walls, nearly impossible to use laundry facilities if you work 8-5 due to the hours it's available and the basement tends to flood. The deluxe 2 bedrooms have small kitchens (and no dishwasher).
