Got me in with a six month lease, which is what I needed as a contractor for $950. After 5 months, I needed to renew. They jacked the price to $1025 and a year. I could not do that, so they jacked the price to $1075 and 2 months notice; BUT stipulated that I could not give notice in Sep, Oct or Nov.
A month after moving out, I have yet to receive my deposit. They also require you to leave by the 28th in the month that you leave.
