Don't move there! The buzzer works through your telephone and I had many people calling my phone at 2am trying to get into the building. The neighbors let anyone and everyone in the building. It isn't secure. My rent was hiked way up and when my husband left me I was left to pay it all my by myself. They didn't care much about that and were not flexible. Maintenance was very good. Someone always showed up on the day to fix things. I had very noisy neighbors and the police practically lived in my yard. Oh and there is no yard by the way. I had children looking into my windows all the time. The laundry room in the basement looks like something out of Blair Witch Project. If you're a single woman, you don't want to go down there alone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
