Mother of College Student - Ran as fast as you can from this place they are slumlords and do not care about your child. Yes it is a business but it is a business that counts on income by the student attending the college. Worst place and the owner are on a vacation all the time and you get an answering service all the time. AWEFUL! - There is nothing good that I can say about Greenwald Apartments...They old and not well kept, the buildings are dirty, parking is extra money and far from building, theres no way to control indoor temperature, and there's rodents. Worst apartment I dont recommend this apartment to any one. No proper storage in the apartment.
Once in a month the utilities will not work without any prior notice.
I dont recommend any one to move into this apartment during the period August - March.
