Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
His rent is too high and he is mean to his tenants. He likes to take more from the people that don't have the money. If you are on a fixed income then I wouldn't go and see him. He will say he will work with you but then when you have no money and he knows it he will give you a eviction.
