 Rented for three years so have our children. Very good at fixing things if needed. Understanding if things get difficult. Would rent again if we needed to.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
