The suck bad! The landlord is english and is a prick. He doesnt care about anything. The house is falling apart from the inside out and hes very mean about the pet policy. Just because hes english he thinks he owns the world. and I personally hate him and am looking for another apartment right now.

I AGREE 110 percent I lived in a gilbert apt for almost 9 yrs 98-07 and it was bad. when we first moved in everything seemed good I had a large family and needed space .. when my br ceiling caved in and my porch fell down and the walls fell out and they wouldnt fix it .. i quit paying and left .. the wiring was so bad that u couldnt plug more than one thing in without blowing fuses in the kitchen lol I have since moved out of state and gotten a nice house .. a good job .. married my suggestion to you all DONT RENT FROM THEM >>
