we havn't had heat downstairs in 4 months although we have repeatedly called tony to fix it. We keep getting i have to order the part. He nevr came in to look at it until the first week in april. We reported it december 8th. The storm windows and screens we asked about 2 yrs ago still havn't been installed and the garbage disposal that was backed up in january just got fixed 2 days ago...april 19th. The front lawn has piles of old furture on it, where previous tenants have thrown their unwanted furniture. The dishwasher has been broken since january of '07. I finally broke down and bought a portable one of my own. Tony's work crew came in one day to install an airator and took my adapter. He told me i wasn't allowed to have a dishwasher of my own there. On december 23rd i called tony three times because water was pouring out of the front wall. The sheetrock is damaged, the carpet was soaked and my entertainment center was ruined. No response from tony. We are moving out and wanted t file a formal complaint against tony. He refuses to let us have the number of integrity reality, the owners of the units. It is my opinion this place is a slum and will never change. Oh and the rent was raised without us EVER resigning a lease.
