Well, the Managers of the Apartments Mr. and Mrs. Perry are Drug Dealers. They are slow to attend to the apartments. Their Son Ray Jr sells Cocain to lot's of people in Franklin NH. He sleeps with numerous woman, and the parents don't care. They smoke and do drugs all day, and don't care about anything but themselves...
