There is a Boston Express bus depot within walking distance of the property. Available rental units are often found posted on Craigslist. Curently, the average asking price for rentals is $1200 to $1250 per month (utilities excluded). Dogs are allowed but must be below 35 lbs with breed restrictions. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for the post on Vista Ridge. I'm currently looking to rent at Vista Ridge for September 1st. Is craigslist the only source for available rentals? If you have any other information on rental units I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
