Whoever wrote this is probably "The" management or being paid by the management.
What a joke. This place is the ultimate dump. You are treated like trash by the management and maintenance so be ready to do some serious a** kissing if you want the GIANT cockroaches to be dealt with...
p.s. they probably won't take care of it even if you do kiss their a*s. Good Luck if you decide to live at "TRASH ISLAND"...
