I moved here in 1987 to be close to my job at the time. I've been through a lot of BS here through the years. I tried to purchase one of the units here when they converted to condos, but was not successful. The realtor offered to purchase a unit for us, so we moved from the 3rd floor to the first floor of our building almost 2 years ago.

People run and yell in the halls all the time. Dogs and birds constantly making noise. The plumbing is horrible, making all kinds of noise, and the laundry facilities are terrible, and expensive.

Our windows are not properly sealed, so cold air comes in through them all winter. Our shower does not have a proper mixing valve installed, so the water temperature goes from scalding to freezing during a shower.

Cityside Management does NOTHING to fix anything here, if you can even get them to answer the phone. Most landlords who have bought units here and rent them out also do not answer phone calls or reply to maintenance concerns. I had to get the city building inspector involved to get any work done, and nearly 3 months later, the remainder of the work that they promised to complete is still not done.

Currently our intercom system will not allow us to buzz anyone into the building, so we have to go to the door and let any guests and delivery people in. The electrical wiring is also bad, causing problems with the operation of computers, TVs, Tivo, VCRs, ranges, refrigerators, etc.

BTW, there is no on site office anymore, and the phone number given above is NOT CORRECT!
