I've lived here in Beech Hill..in the townhouses now for almost 6 years. For the most part i'm happy with where I live. Maintenance is fairly quick about fixing or helping with things. They take care of priority things first obviously. The school district here is great..and a majority of the people are very friendly and helpful. As far as the office staff goes..theres a few I could do without..1 certain person seems to lose things..quite often. Maintenance tries very hard to keep this place free from trash..and are constantly sending notices about children playing or leaving trash in the halls..cant blame Beech Hill for that..thats the parents responsibility.
