This place is HORRIBLE!!! between the planes, the horrific kids, nothing ever getting fixed. its HORRIBLE! i have a child of my own and the people are here are TRASH! they dont watch their kids. when i 1st moved in my daughter was a month old. she 1st started sleeping through the night and these kids waiting for the bus who are suppose to be supervised!!! are standing directly under my window screaming. i tried asking them nicely to keep it down i dont know how many times!! finally i freaked out on em. i called the office to have their bus stop moved and they said they have no control over it that i would have to call the bus company so i said i would but never did and how funny... their bus stop was moved. beech hill like to lie!!! as my bf says "i think the whole complex was made off of $100". the carpets, if you go to home depot its in the same section as the fake grass you put outside!!! if you like to smell what other peoples ---- smells like rent an apt from here. if not dont!!! their vents... DONT VENT ANYWHERE accept other peoples houses. its sad when you can see some one elses cigarette smoke come through your vent as if you were smoking. the buildings are trashed. kids come in the halls and smoke weed all the time. they destroy the wash rooms and good luck having management fix them!!! it will take months as i know! our wash room has been destroyed NUMOROUS times! theres cops there all the time! parking' ugh!!!! you have assigned parking and good luck if you ever get your spot! some one always steals it on you! i hate this place and cant wait to move. good luck to beech hill though. i painted my daughters room and put laminate tiles on the floor :-x hahaha good luck getting those up!!!!!!! speaking of tiles another thing!! my bathroom tiles arent even stuck to the floor! i can pick them up right off the floor.real nice when i have a child whos crawling huh' they wont do anything though. you call to have some one fix something and you may see them 2 months later!!! whatever you do dont move here
