I've lived in Beech Hill Townhouses for 7 years now, and for the most part it is a good place to live. People that are complaining about they're cars being towed..maybe if you got up in the morning..you would see that there is snow on the ground..and you need to move your cars. They send notices every winter stating to move them by 8am.
As far as the kids go..there are alot of kids unsupervised, but thats the parents responsibility, not Beech Hill.
Maitenance is pretty quick..and friendly. They take care of priority things first. If you have a broken drawer or something..dont expect same day repair. I mean c'mon people.
If you think your going to find an apartment in Manchester with everything included for the price here in Beech Hill. Good Luck!! Wont happen.
All in all..a good place to live, my neighbors are great, very friendly and helpful. The planes are a little loud..but you do get used to it. What do you expect living so close to the airport.

Thanks for posting this review. I have been looking for a nice area in Manchester that is not too expensive and skipping this place due to the below average reviews I came back and read some. All I can say is that the complaints don't sound so legit. And I have been conversing with a couple of the people from management here and I have found them to be very attentive. Polite, friendly, and very quick in response. Between that and the long term renters reviews I decided this is the place. They look nice, the area is nice and seems clean, and the price is not beatable in Manchester. All I can say to others is take the time to read the reviews and you might see that the bad ones don't seem to be legit. People can always find something to complain about no matter how good something might be. I am glad the long term renters seem to be happy here. That is good enough for me.
