okay place to live

I have lived here for about 4 years. At the time, it was a nice and quiet place to live. In the past year or so, it has gone down hill a bit (noise, loud music, spouse abuse, etc). Most of the building is renters, but some own their units (it's condo's). The old management company (with Shawn) is out due to "problems" (I suspect the lack of caring and unprofessionalism) and it is now managed by another company. It's a fine place to live for the time being when things are quiet.
