I chose this place to live because it seemed like an okay place and not too expensive. At this point, I wish I could get out of my lease. First of all, The people downstairs never go to sleep! All night we can hear everything they do and say. Cars outside tend to blast music with windows down. Now, people think it is "funny" to pull the fire alarm and make everyone up and out of the building at all hours. Stray dogs and cats have been wondering the halls now that cold weather has come. I though the North side of Manchester would be a nice, safe place to live, but my neighbors CD player was stolen out of his car in the parking lot. The worst part of living here so far has to be the smell of the hallways. Very poor ventalation. You can smell what the old lady had for dinner last week! It's nasty.
