Too much money for what you get!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Apartments are small, noisy, and old. Elderly people are forced to dig their cars out of the deep snow banks or face towing!

It's not the worst place to live, but it could stand to improve. "Luxury" apartments they are NOT.
