The management team is rude, sneaky and if you are a constant complainer (especially if it is a valid safety or health issue), they will raise your rent to push you out. I have had 7 neighbors who have all had the same problems. There are rodents, insects and poor ventilation. The carpets have mold under them. The doors and windows literally fall out because of the poor construction. Do not expect to be able to have cable or internet, they will not fix the wires in the buildings, then they will blame it on the provider. PLEASE do not move here if you are elderly or have kids. The complex has scary people around and the walkways are always very icy in the winter, due to little or no snow removal. Also the grounds and playground are littered with glass and excrement. Despite what they advertise, there is no security, no free cable and and the 'laundry rooms' consist of 2 washers and dryers between dozens of apartments that usually do not work. Upon moving in, the managment informed me the rent was raised and there was no warning or nothing I could do about it. If you call the rental office, they will give you many different rates for the same apartment. No one here pays the same amount. My neighbor pays 900 for the same apartment I have and I pay $1100. There is parking but most renters get towed on a regular basis for arbitrary reasons. Please, do not move here, I would hate to see anyone go through what my family has gone through. Too many problems to list!
