My roomate and I came to view this apartment in May for a lease starting in July. There were no tenants living here at that time, and it had been empty for about a month. When we moved in on the first of July, NOTHING had been done to prepare the apartment for us. The bathtub was filled with dirt and silt from not being used, and the porch was covered with a mound of pigeon droppings. When we called to complain and ask them to please come clean it, they told us "you can shower at your old aparment until monday".
Since that, we have had many, many problems with management. They are rude, unfriendly and most certainly unaccomadating. Am I wrong or are we, the tenants, the ones who PAY to live here' There is an infestation of spiders, the screen door falls off the track every time we open it, there is never any hot water for showers and our toilet (which has been "fixed" twice) still doesn't work properly. There is a kid that lives downstairs who screams at various hours throughout the day and night and during the summertime, the pool is disgusting and it seems like it is never cleaned. We've had maintenance people here while we are at work, and come home to find the door unlocked. I would strongly, strongly suggest that people look elsewhere for a place to live!!!!
