I have lived here for a long time and the ups of the place are that twice I asked for reimbursement for damages and both times I received a check for them. The first time, my refrigerator died right after moving in. The second time our toilet overflowed because the main line hadn't been snaked as it should have been when I told them raw sewage was coming up from my bathtub! The maintenance guys are cool for the most part. The sidewalks are pretty icy in the winter, though. As long as you ask them in the morning they will come sand that day or the next. And there are definately spider/ant infestations. Birds live in the vents above the bedroom windows and that can be annoying along with the trash that gets dragged into the trees by all the squirrels that live in the attics. I want to know where the towing people complain about is because my lot is always full of people who dont belong there. I hate parking on the streets and getting tickets because I cant park where I pay to park. My cable company and the manager cant decide on who's to blame for the fact that I cant get cable so I gave up. Aside from that, I've had my carpets cleaned and mini blinds replaced for free and whenever something breaks they are over to fix it in a reasonable amount of time.
