Not worth the money

I live here now and my lease expires in August at which time I will find someplace else to live. This isn't a bad place to live. It's fairly quiet in my building. There were a lot of problems with spider infestations. We asked them to spray and I dont think they ever did. The maintenance staff is fast and they do work hard. The management staff is good for the most part. There is a wonderful agent named Jennifer that does work very hard and is prompt about any concern or call. The property manager himself is very nice. The apartments are old and they weren't really prepared when we moved but they aren't bad. Forget hot water in the winter. We went 3 months without hot water in the morning. It was horrible. We moved here because of it's location close to SNHU but at this time, for almost $1000 a month, it's not worth it.
