My fridge, oven, screen slider, and bedroom screen have all been broken for over three weeks, and maintenece will not return our calls. We tried to break the lease in order to move into a bigger apartment on the same grounds and they refused. The balconies are great except they are infested with spiders and hornets, and they won't spray them. The laundry door has been broken for four months, making the inside of the building accessible without a key. The neighbors on friday and saturday nights throw huge parties and scream in the streets and PEE on the side of the bildings- we have seen this twice now... The people upstairs are VERY loud, and it does nothing to complain because they tell you sweetly they are SO SORRY, but there's nothing they can do. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night and aren't loud enough to wake you up- it was lucky I woke up to pee or I could have slept though a dangerous situation. The A/C isn't very strong, and only chills the living room, if you can call that chilling. The bed, bath, and kitchen are sweltering. The cops are here all the time, and upon move-in a lady was getting dragged out screaming about how she had degenerative leg syndrome and couldn't walk. There also isn't a toilet paper roll included in the apartment, which doesn't seem like much, but when it's always falling into the sink and toilet, it can get annoying.

The only plusses are that two cats are free, and that in the winter, you won't be cold because the heat is on all year round.

I will not be renewing my lease. If anything, I will be leaving early and just paying the difference. Don't come here, the apartments may be spacious and clean, but if you want anything more than that, you will be HUGELY disappointed.
