The apartments are a nice size. Maintenence is very slow and they don't clean up their messes when they are done. The non-smoking buildings have signs that say they are not smoking but no-one is there to enforce it and people still smoke on their porches and apartments (the neighbors below me were like chimney's and my building was non-smoking.)They enter your aprtment as they please, Even if you request that they dont when you are not home. Parking is a joke. I lived in a building that didn't even have enough spots in the driveway for the tenants it housed (like 7 spaces short). I was told to park in another buildings parking lot or out in the street. (You pay them $1100 a month and they tell you to park in the street!) people left dead cars in the lot for MONTHS and management didnt do anything about moving them.
