I've lived here for over a year and I would say it is average to good. You're always going to have some problems no matter where you go. My biggest complaint would be towing when it snows...the complex must get a cut of the $$ the tow company makes off of the cars still parked in the lots during snow storms. Other than that, it's not too noisy and the apartments are very spacious. Maintenance has always provided quick service whenever we have called them. The management is pretty good, sometimes you may have to argue with them, but they have always been reasonable. The hallways definitely have the usual apartment building smell, and the grounds could be better lit at night, but overall a good value for the money, really can't complain.
