Managment doesnt care at all about the rules they set forth. I live on the third floor and the people under me smoke all the time in our non-smoking building. The one air-conditioner (this will be changed soon) we have makes the living room a great temp but the bedroom gets nothing which means open windows and the smell of the smokers below. So many people smoke that the building's hallways always reak of it. The intercoms don't work and when I requested for that to be fixed the said it was done but it never once worked. The whole building is on one heater which means anytime anyone uses their dishwasher you get burned in the shower. Some of the residents find that its nice to take your laundry out of the dryer while its still running and steal your dryer time (we have had this happen 4 times in the past year), they just leave you wet clothes on top of the dryer. Friday and Saturday night are insanely loud, a couple nights ago some very intoxicated residents were throwing glass bottles from their second floor wiondow onto the walkway below. The bbuilding is not connected to the fire dept, so even when the alarm goes off, if no one calls (everyone assumes someone else did) no one comes. It went off 3 times last month and the response time was over 30 minutes, the station is only .25 miles away. This place is not worth the money.
