SLOW maintenance/repair group

Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2007-01-01
Moved into new carpet, appliances, and the kitchen itself was nicely kept by the previous tenants.
The only problem is that there were little things that just looked really sloppy (door to bedroom is crooked in the door frame so light comes in from the living room when it's shut), some drawers don't sit right, some pieces not securely fastened, and a leaking faucet.
We called maintenance twice to come and check out the leaking faucet (in their documents a leak is a "urgent" situation and residents should calle the 24-hr maintenance to check it out)- the first time they came, looked at it left then never came back.
The second time we called no one ever showed up.
Fast forward to now two months later and the faucet is no longer just leaking but POURING.
We keep calling but no one comes to show up...
it's not that big of a deal because residents don't pay for water but this is such a waste of water and who knows how much the water bill is being racked up for them because of this!
