I have lived here for one year as of March 31st and I am on the fast road out. They say cable is included in the rent, however it hardly works and your always left waiting for someone from Comcast or maintenance to show up with some part. There has been more leaks than I care to remember from the apartment above us. Leaks that leak into our bathroom, two leaks occurred in the ceiling above our shower. Maintenance came over and "fixed" the leak twice and spray painted the tile white the first time and never took down my shower caddy so I had paint all over my stuff. The second time the tile needed to be replaced. The third leak caused an electric outlet in the bathroom to short circuit with my hair dryer plugged into it. I called and reported the incident and they told me there was no leak. I called again when the water was pouring down the wall, I was glad they were able to get a visual!

Now lets move onto the bug problem! Everywhere! And when you turn on the lights they scurry around for cover. So disturbing! They had to treat our apartment twice for this issue. The noise is bad, you hear everything and I mean everything! The lease states that you get two parking stickers with a two bedroom apartment, but I had to call the management office for several months to get a second sticker. And for what ever reason, none of the electrical outlets worked in the dining room! One more phone call to maintenance! Oh and make sure you get to see the apartment you are going to move into because we were told we would have black appliances and a linen closet. The day we moved in we had a black microwave and and a white stove and refrigerator and NO linen closet. How do you forget to mention that there will be NO linen closet to a tenant' I was told that the apartments were slightly different from the models AFTER I signed my lease and moved in!

Lastly, the heat in the apartments are controlled by an ancient thermostat in the smaller of the two bedrooms. And the other great thing about the heat is you CAN'T turn off the heat in the living room EVER! Its controlled by the building and they can't turn it down either...only off in the spring/summer/fall. We have to keep our slider open in the winter! I think you only need to give 30 days notice to move out, I gave 90 days notice.

I completely agree with this review and with the comment someone posted. A drunk man broke into our building by smashing the security door on Halloween, got blood all over the hallways and the laundry room and the blood and glass were not cleaned up for almost a week. It's disgusting.
