If you like awful management, ants, spiders, people who cannot parallel park, noisy tenants and people who violate the lease every single day and nothing is done about it then you should live here. Management is always out never returns any calls, there is an answering service who loves to take messages and states they are being forwarded, yet I never receive a call back. I also was told that answering service knows nothing about the property living and should not comment, yet they love to give you answers then renege on them. The Maintence doesn t speak English and you have to decipher their notes with a first grade mind set just figure out why something was broken and if it was fixed and then they don t even fix your issue. There are ants and spiders all over the place. Neighbors are dirty and look dirty, yet there is a salary range that needs to be made to even live here. If you are one day late on rent, they actually send you a nasty nasty letter that says you are evicted and need to leave the premises by such and such time, after I had called management on this issue 4 billion times, yet he was too busy to return my calls. I have to call the actual property operations manager to actually investigate anything. I would not recommend this place.
People leave their garbage in the laundry room where their dirty diapers and left over food sits and rots. There are dogs that are living in the units however there is a no dog policy. They tow people when ever they feel like it and then say it s the towing company and if you need a car towed call them, yet when calling Dan city towing who are awful people and rude tell you to call property management, no seems to know the correct answer on this. Yet they tow one car and leave the other 10 cars without stickers in your lot. Oh and they will let it snow 8 feet before they plow saying they will not plow till snow ends, yet if it snows for 2 days straight how do they expect me to get my car out'!'!
Can hear every movement that the people upstairs make you hear every argument as well that happens with neighbors. Hallways smell like cigarets and there are no sprinkler systems in ay of the buildings. Oh and neighbors love to leave their laundry in the washer and dryers for days.
Do not live here, management is out of the office all the time and does not work or give a crap about you and that you pay your rent on time and they let anyone live at colonial village despite what they say you need to actually be qualified to live there. They are absolutely incapable of managing and their answering service needs training!
