I spent a year living at colonial village and I didn't have any of the problems others had. Management has always promptly returned my calls (if they didn't pick up themselves), the buildings are clean, the parking lots are plowed at the assigned times (I assume the people who complained about towing did not abide by the rules),and maintenance has always come over within a reasonable time frame to fix any issues. I'm not sure who lived near the people who wrote the more negative reviews, but my neighbors have always been polite and courteous. The apartment even came with a brand new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice, clean apartment with access to two pools and a rec center. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
