The apt. itself is spectacular. Our first month we swore we had no neighbors, but the warm weather has brought out the noise and loud music in everyone. I think the entire neighborhood works M-F 9-5 because it's like a big party from Friday night til Sunday. However, most of the time it's quiet after 11 PM.
