I used live there for couple of years, During I lived there, I always try to be clean and took care of all the facility as clean as possible. However, 3months after I left that place, I got a phone call from a collection company for payment of $1,500. I was very angry because at that time, they did not refund me my deposit of $1,580 and invoiced me extra.They say that the fixing cost was over 3,000 dollars mainly for carpet. I was very shame because the carpet was already dirty at the time of move, so I have requested to replace to a new carpet but denied. and now they charge me that much money. The more important thing is that these kinds of things are happening to many foreign students to who attends Southern NH University. The most of them still not yet received their deposit.

To management: don't cheat to your self, be honored to your yourself and family.
