I have lived at Countryside Village for two years. Its a real nice community but it has its problems once in a while, just like every apartment does. I was shocked by some of the other reviews I read here. Of course, it is the squeaky wheel syndrome. Last year one of my neighbors was a pain but this year its been fine. They take great care of the property. It is clean, the apartments are in good shape and the outside is gorgeous. I checked out all of the other apartment communites in Manchester and this one is the best. PS I knew who the coolaid mom was and so did the Manchester Police.
