I lived here a few years ago, 2002 to 2003, and I have lived in much nicer apartment complexes, but overall CSV is not bad. I found it very quiet, and my apartment was decent. The maintenance staff was very timely. I had no problems with what some other reviewers complain about, ie. noise, vandalism. The clubhouse is nice, and the fitness center is convienient. If you were to spend a little more money monthly, you could get upgrades such as fireplaces, and washer and dryers at other complexes. In fact my biggest complaint was that I had to go from the third floor to the first floor to do laundry. I would have stayed if I could have moved into a place that had a balcony and washer/dryer.

Note that this review is from a tenant from 3 years ago not a current tenant. Most of the reviews from current tenants aren't nearly as positive.

Unfortunately for the tenants living here now the management has changed and things are completely different than they used to be. 3 years ago we wanted to live here, not we can't move fast enough!
