My wife and I are currently planning on leaving. A year ago this place was great, but the new management company is awful.
The grass and landscaping is now dead, the clubhouse is always closed and it is no longer safe. If you have doubts that it's gone downhill, just look at the rent. They've dropped the rent $100 in the last year to fill units. I know people that have been here for 8 years that are leaving.
The management company is cheating the tenants. They gone as far as charging $3 per person to bring guests to the pool. Parking is awful, but it's getting better because everybody is moving out.
