I lived at Country Side Village for a year, and within that year the management company changed hands. Everything started off great, but within 2-3 months management became horrible. Any complaints to the office were pretty much ignored, there was an enormous amount of theft, and even a stabbing and shooting two buildings next to us over drugs. My roommate had his rims stolen off his car one night, and one of our friends had his stereo equipment yanked right out another night.

Not only was management bad, but the residents were also horrible, had no respect of the property, and no intentions to keep things clean.

I DO NOT recommend moving here.
