Okay, so I haven't moved in yet (I don't until Feb. 29th) and I have starting to have the mixed feelings about the place. We went and looked at the model home, which wasn't even the apartment that we would be moving into and they are making us wait a couple more weeks until we can actually see what our apartment will look like. We are EXTREMELY excited about moving in but getting a little nervous that we can not even look at what our new place will be or not even a model of it. I really hope that if this is worth it. We are moving into the two bedroom with washer and drier so we are keeping our fingures crossed that everyone is nice and welcomes us and it is not like what everyone else is saying on here.

Here's the deal- The walls are extremely thin- you can hear everything, I mean everything. The people in the office are HORRIBLE to deal with as they do not fix anything until you complain several times. There was a woman here who recently committed suicide; there was a shooting in another building. Half the people who live here don't work, which that should tell you a lot- section 8. My car was hit in my OWN parking lot. I was told that I would have new light fixtures when I moved in- after a year I still don't have them. Then when I decided to resign my lease (VERY BAD IDEA) they said I would get an appliance- I signed my lease in Sept. Now in January still nothing has been done, as a matter of fact they have not even contacted me regarding it. Please do yourself a favor and move to another location, Woodland Pond is so much nicer. Also, when I moved in to my apartment there were scuff marks throughout the apartment on the walls. The counters are scratched, the wood on the utility closet was broke, my screens didn't fit, and my glass door didn't lock. Right after we signed our lease we realized we made a mistake, the first year we realized living in an apartment you have to deal with things; however, this second year, I have not just dealt with neighbors but also an unprofessional office staff and unorganized maintenance team. If you do decide to come here, good luck to you. My husband and I are buying a home, thank goodness, and we will be out of here ASAP.

Thank you for your honest review. I will never consider moving here. I hope you marked everything down that was wrong on your walkthrough before you rented the place so you can't be charged for damages. Did they keep your security deposit? I hear that landlords don't like to give back security deposits so they try and find anything not to.

Honest review??? This place is a "------BOARD" for all of the low lifes this place is getting rid of! I have lived here for 4 yrs and up until recently, was one of the only professionals at the complex. Now that they are cleaning it up, I am in good company and wouldn't consider leaving. How can you take this forum seriously, when you have people that DON'T LIVE HERE rating their "EXPERIENCE"? This board is a JOKE!!!
