The noise is OUT OF CONTROL in the apartment I had. Stomping upstairs and loud music downstairs. It is a beautiful complex and has great amenities, but unfortunetly I felt very intimidated but some of the residents, and I wouldn't consider it a safe area. There was a lot of police activity in the area and I would always read about Village Circle Way in the crime logs. The apartments were nice, large and built well- just wish there was better insulation and less crime here.
