Awful experience moving out

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Apartment is a good size. However, woke up one night with a rat on my bed at 3am. Also had bugs in the cupboards that I cound not get rid of. When I moved out they charged me $85.00 for carpet shampooing which was never reviewed to me at lease signing. When I asked about it the asst mgr couldn't do anything. Fire alarm went off several times when I was there also.
