From Fair to Horrible

I have lived here since 2002. When I first moved in the place was acceptable. There were some noise issues but that is to be expected in an apartment. Recently they added on more parking, what a joke,the parking is horrible and the office staff is pathetic. They claim that they are on top of illegally parked vehicles but that is their way of avoiding a confrontation. It dosent matter how many times you complain about anything NOTHING gets fixed or resolved. Needless to say I am done with Devonshire Village Apartments
