This was mine and my husbands first home..... We dont consider it to be any more.. it was the worst experiance of my life... Lets start with the May Floods... we were flooded out of our apt. they put us up in a hotel.. for only THREE NIGHTS when they told us we woul dbe out of the apartment ofr at least another week.... were the hell were we suppose to go... so we complained and wen tto the office and did not leave till they told us they would fix it and we would be in the next day, so they put us up one more night... okay... so now ocmes the really bad part..... when we got back in there was MOLD EVERYWERE!!!!!!!!! the walls were cove4red in at least three different kinds... all of our furnatiure was covered... our neighbors.. too.. infact one was cleaning and found 12 dead mice in the wall....it got so bad that we had to call the health depattment because maintance was not helping at all...... the health depatment did an audit.. and that mad emaintance mor eupset so they didnt talk to us.. or help us out for the rest if the time we lived there.... back to the mold.. BLACK MOLD, FUZZY MOLD... we had t fix our own drywall.... and when doing so we relized that one of the support beems were covered in it.... it made it weak... and hollow....

I have so much more horribel things that happened.... but tlaking about it is making me more heated.... but trust me DONT MOVE HERE U WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I was liveing there during the flodds too and I agree with you.. that was the reason why we left too... bad staff and mold everywere... nothing was done about it.. and we had to throw away much of our furnatiure.
