we specifically asked when we moved in if the carpets had to be cleaned when we moved out and they said NO they take care of it themselves-
when you move out they make you sign something saying that you will have it professionally done
then
we were going to move out slowly over the month of July and they offered to try to find someone to rent it and they would call us if they found anyone...
we called yesterday and told them we would mail our check when they announced that they had someone to move in asap and we had to move all our stuff out and then they would take 100 out of our security dep to have the carpets cleaned.
its bs people and just be aware what they say in your lease does not hold water -
we will see how it all goes down - I will be PISSED off if we dont get our money back from our sec deposit mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
