I was far less than happy with this apartment complex. Rent is expensive for no amenities, and there are no utilities included. There isn't even air conditioning in the apartments, and there is no clubhouse, pool/game room or anything to that effect. Furthermore the property manager was unwilling in an unpleasant manner to deal with a number of maintenance requests on several different occasions. I highly recommend looking elsewhere first.
